Our services maintain a ‘best practice’ approach in the field of dispute resolution during the procurement, execution and handover phases of a project. This has meant the schemes we manage are underpinned by a sound commercial strategy in respect of avoiding delays and cost overruns in addition to maintaining the client’s Design Brief within revenue expectations.
In the event that delays and cost overruns occur REP Consulting is well equipped to confront such challenges and ensure the client’s entitlement under the terms of the various contract agreements are pursued to settlement without recourse to formal proceedings.
In the event such a scenario cannot be avoided with an opposing party, we have the necessary in-house skills to progress the issues by way of expert evidence and reports through the Courts and arbitration.
