Main Activities: Preparation of reports on behalf of Owners Corporations in respect of building disputes involving defective and incomplete works where a builder fails to complete to their contractual obligations including identification of underlying defects in the building, breaches of the statutory warranties and a scope of works to rectify the defect.

Main Activities: Expert report is required to provide a building defects report together with supplemental costing report by way of Rawlinson’s or equivalent together with the provision of Scott Schedules prepared in accordance with pleadings.

Main Activities: Dilapidation inspections upon lease expiry together with remediation costs and make good reviews to support end of lease negotiations for both the landlord and tenant.
